This listing is for an autographed Joe Montana Authentic pads full size helmet. The helmet has been authenticated by Upperdeck. It has the tamper proof hologram on the back of the helmet bit is missing the coa card.

The orginal Riddell box is not included with the helmet as I no longer have it.
